About Council
Council is responsible for delivering more than 70 services to the Southern Grampians Shire Community. This includes everything from family and children's services, recreation management, community facilities, waste management, roads management and community building; to business development, planning for appropriate development asset management, major infrastructure projects and ensuring accountability for Council's budget. This broad range of community services and infrastructure, supports the wellbeing and prosperity of our community and residents.
