You can view upcoming events at visitgreaterhamilton.com.au/whats-on, can access previous events via Council's What's On page, and can contact our Visitor Information Centre on 1800 807 056.

The Greater Hamilton region can accommodate events of any size, from festivals and sporting fixtures to business events and conferences.

Event organisers looking for a welcoming home for their event can take advantage of a single contact to assist in everything from venue selection and local contacts to partnership and funding opportunities. Our Meet In Southern Grampians Website lists many venues and event suppliers plus itinerary suggestions to assist in your planning.

We can also help existing event organisers to grow and professionalise events through;

Southern Grampians Shire Council offers a range of infrastructure which can be booked for your events through the Submit Your Event form.

The Submit Your Event Form allows you to:
- Book Council's marquee, umbrellas, waste wise trailer
- Book Council owned facilities and venues
- Access Council-subsidised event signage.
