In October 2022, the private properties located in Kent Manor, Hamilton were inundated following a storm event. Council engaged Venant Solutions to undertake a flood assessment to inform concept design options to mitigate future flooding and overflow into adjacent properties.
Following the assessment, it was identified that the existing drainage network needs to be upgraded to increase capacity.
This project will start on 3 February 2025 with the completion date 28 March 2025 (weather permitting).
The community can view the traffic management documents, traffic on Nth Boundary will be reduced to one lane with speed reductions in place.
