Whether you’re simply arranging a workshop, reunion, rally or perhaps a large-scale event within our municipality, this form will provide us with the relevant information to help you run your event safely and successfully.

This initial application is designed as a first point of contact, following completion of the event registration Council’s Event Support Officer will be in contact to advise of your requirements.

Applicants will be required to submit their Public Liability Certificate of Currency (min $10 million).

Once we’ve received your application, we will follow up with you via email/phone at our earliest convenience. If your event involves multiple Council departments, our Events Support Officer will be your main point of contact.
