Fees and Charges
Residential customers are provided with a three-bin service (garbage, recycling and FOGO) and the annual charge for this service is included with your Southern Grampians Shire Council rates.
Kerbside bins must be purchased from Customer Service before the collection service can commence. Once our collection service has begun, please keep in mind that you are responsible for replacing your bin(s) if it/they become lost, damaged or deteriorated.
Whether you’re purchasing new or replacement bins, we will arrange for delivery to your home before the next collection date.
Bins damaged by our collection contractor will be repaired by them.
