Cr Bruach Colliton lives in Hamilton with his wife, Belinda and their four children. Cr Colliton was born and raised in Hamilton and studied at Good Shepherd College. Bruach continued his education in Melbourne, studying Engineering / Business at Swinburne University, followed with Theology studies at the Australian College of Theology.
Bruach is actively involved in the community and is passionate about pathways for young people, particularly in small businesses. Bruach founded The Roxburgh Cafe and Rox Coffee and spends much of his time training others in hospitality and business.
Bruach is serving his third term with Southern Grampians Shire Council, having previously served from 2008 – 2016 holding the leadership position of Deputy Mayor in 2011 – 2012. Bruach also served as Mayor for years 2020/21 - 2021/22.
